Annie, Voice and Songwriting Instructor, Releases Debut Album

WD Studio instructor, Annie Meadows, released her debut album ‘Astoria' earlier this year!

WD Studio instructor and songwriting teacher, Annie Meadows, released her debut album Astoria in January 2025 — now available on all streaming platforms!

Annie began working on Astoria in 2020 during the pandemic, crafting an intimate and honest collection of songs that reflect her journey moving to New York City and navigating life in the Big Apple. A talented multi-instrumentalist, Annie plays all of the instruments you hear on the album! Even more impressively, Annie wrote, recorded, and produced the entire album in her NYC apartment.

“Becoming Snak Queen, my alter ego, has given me the courage to follow my rockstar dreams and explore my artistry further than ever before,” Annie shares. “My sound is inspired by artists like Chappell Roan, Phoebe Bridgers, Remi Wolf, and Elton John.
