Congratulations to Alex Medina!
We’re thrilled to share that Alex Medina has been accepted into the prestigious Musical Theatre program at the University of Michigan! The musical theatre program at the University of Michigan is widely recognized as one of the top-ranked programs in the nation with a 1% acceptance rate. Alex was selected to join a class of just 24 students from a pool of thousands of applicants.
Alex auditioned for and received several offers from top-tier musical theatre programs across the country this year, including Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). He ultimately committed to the University of Michigan, where he received a full scholarship.
In addition to this exciting college milestone, We are excited to share that Alex is already performing at a professional level. This summer, you can see him on stage at the Marriott Theatre in Chicago, where he appears as Greg in the new 80’s jukebox musical, Always Something There.
We are immensely proud of Alex and all the hard work and dedication he has poured into his craft. Way to go, Alex! We can’t wait to see where your artistic journey takes you next!
